Built in 1890 and situated on 1.58 acres, this cozy getaway is located in the Historic Crosswicks Village. When we got involved, the house was vacant for 20+ years and in need of serious restoration. We worked closely with the Chesterfield Historical Society to restore the existing structure and built a small two-story addition on the rear. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a large backyard that has frontage along the Crosswicks Creek. This unique property is located just down the road from the downtown shops and restaurants.
